In this guided, ground-based session, you’ll engage with these intuitive animals in a safe, supportive environment, allowing for deep emotional processing, self-discovery, and healing. Ideal for those navigating grief, trauma, PTSD, or seeking greater emotional clarity and balance.

Location: These sessions are held in Bergen, Alberta at RBR Paint Horses. Directions given upon booking. It is approximately a 75-minute drive from Calgary city centre.

“Unbridled Grace” is a gentle, four-session equine therapy group created for those navigating end-of-life. Together with horses—masters of presence—you’ll explore what it means to let go, speak your truth, and embrace your own needs in this tender time. We’ll walk beside you with compassion, honoring both the weight you’ve carried and the light that still guides you.

4 sessions – either over 4 days or 4 weeks

Small group (4–6 people), quiet setting with grounded horses, private time and group reflection.


Step outside the walls of traditional consults. In this one-hour walking session with Dr. Kathryn Dundas, MD, we explore your health, emotions, and clarity while walking side-by-side in nature. This shoulder-to-shoulder style of experiential therapy fosters ease, connection, and movement—physically and emotionally. Ideal for processing transitions, stress, burnout, or simply wanting to talk with a grounded clinical lens in a more natural setting.
